Facilitators celebrate the first-ever Good Dads 2.0 Training Camp

The Good Dads team hosted its summer training camp last week, a five-day workshop for mental health professionals, Good Dads facilitators, and anyone else who wanted to improve their working relationships with men. Attendees were trained in three brand-new Good Dads curricula – Fundamentals of Fatherhood, Helping Fathers in the Heartland, and Good Dads 2.0. 

Everyone who attended the training, whether they came for just a couple days or all week long, was eager to help dads in their communities become the best they could be.

The summer training camp took place at The Downtown Church on Walnut Street in Springfield. There, dozens of facilitators from around the state saw Good Dads’ newest curricula in print for the first time. The Good Dads team is very grateful for everyone who came to the training camp, and we recognize that we truly couldn’t do all this without our facilitators.
